Root wheres stock++ rom at?

Maybe my search skills are fail, but i cannot find the stock++ rom or information on a download link.

Redirect please? I found the old thread, but all links are dead.
 
Sorry, looked everywhere for you. About the only download link I could even find was here at Android Forums but the file isn't hosted anymore... Maybe you'll get lucky and someone who still has it will post it up somewhere for you. Good luck!

already been done, i usually supply people with working links to stock++ but i dont post a thread on here with them because i cant get permission from Req himself.
 
i can pm you the links. the kernel comes together with the recovery. so with CWM 5.0.2.7 after flashing that package youll have CWM 5.0.2.8 and the overclock kernel, if your phone cant handle the kernel the kernel then its best to go restore from a backup and then use the CWM zip that comes Spz0's OA EXT4 rom. that zip only has CWM 5.0.2.8 and youll be able to run Stock++ with a stock kernel.

the kernel/cwm package already come together so if you use Req's stuff you will have the kernel along with CWM 2.8. the standalone of CWM 2.8 is jus that, no kernel just CWM. yes you can have the standalone and then just flash the package and youll have the kernel added to it but why go thorough all that trouble in the first place, just flash the package then?
 
Thanks. I already had the standalone installed. Flash the stock++ and wanted to make sure the problems a i have encounterd eere not from using an incorrect cwm.
 
all the links for stock++ seem to have been removed ::fingers on imaginary beard:: not just on this thread but all the others i have checked.
 
which CWM do i need for this and do i need gaps? if so would it matter what other rom's gapps i flash? and if i do need gapps do i need to mount system beforehand? i am asking because the thread is gone and im not sure but i think you needed gapps NOT SURE

Cwm 5.0.2.8 and gapps is only for cyanogenmod roms and whatnot so no.
