where's this big media campaign

ive watched a decent amount of tv the last couple days and the only time i saw a commercial for this phone was when i was at a mexican restaurant and there was one on univision

part of my rationale for feeling like verizon was gonna support this phone was that they were supposed to spend a bunch of money promoting it

It's the phone that sells itself!

I'm pretty surprised by the demand and momentum this phone is carrying with so little marketing. I've seen a couple of commercials here and there, but not like I would have expected.

i did see a couple of those teaser commercials with the eye on tuesday or wednesday

i just meant i havent seen a single commercial since the phone was released

I think the og Droid had the really massive campaign and they will go off the DROID brand for newer phones to get momentum.

Most likely the commercials will start coming after a couple weeks.

I suspect they're going to run the campaign the same way they ran the Incredible's ads. They show the initial vague commercial then later show some commercials that go into more detail about the phone.
