Root Where's Voodoo v0.2 ext4?

I followed this link, [RELEASE] Voodoo (v0.2) ext4 lagfix for Fascinate! Now with AOSP boot animations! - xda-developers but can't find Voodoo v0.2 ext4 anywhere. Am I missing something? tried searching the web, but results keeps taking me to the post in link above. Any suggestions?

Then maybe this Project Voodoo, Galaxy S improvements | Open Source project homepage
Once you are informed come on by irc #samsung-fascinate channel for a meet and greet. Then you can get hooked up with all the goodies. But please do yourself the favor of educating yourself and what voodoo is and isnt and what is entailed with running it and potentially having to uninstall it. :)
