Help Whether Channel app/widget not working

The Whether Channel app/widget has worked fine for months, but it now seems to have died. When I run it, I get a black screen, and nothing more. How do I fix this?

If the fix involves a reinstall, could someone please tell me how that's done?

I figured out how to reinstall, which fixed the problem.
