Which app am I looking for?

I am sure some of you have seen the youtube videos with flossy carter reviewing all the android phones. He has all his set so when you lock it, it looks like a vintage tv going off. Does anyone know what app that is?

Don't know if there is an app for it or not- the rom I'm using (BACKside for optiumus v) has that animation built in

It is not an app, it is called Android OS. Gingerbread (the last phone version, Android 2.3) started that, and it has been out for almost a year. Not sure if there are any apps that replicate it, but it is built into the OS by default.
