Welcome to Android Forums Bhug88. We get questioned daily with icon questions. Most often we don't have an answer. There are so many apps and countless icons that it's impossible to be familiar with more than the most common ones in use. Someone here might have an idea but I'm afraid that I don't. If it's on your phone, simply pull down the notification shade to find additional information. Most often the icon in question is from a screen shot. Your best avenue for an answer would then be to ask the sender of the screen capture. I wish I had more to offer.

but if you truly want to up your chances of somebody knowing what it is, you need to post a screenshot of it. describing it in words just will not cut it.
