which application is pushing POPS to me????

hi.. after a while i finally decided to investigate this strange notification about the POPS app appearing in my notification bar, then i found out about push notification ads.

my phone is rooted so i guess i can always install some adblocker, but more to the point i wanna detect and destroy and apps that doing so.

so does anyone know which apps pushes POPS themed notifications?
 
You did scan your apps with 'Addons Detector' with the filter set to 'Push Notifications' ?

Did you think about to use the phone's log for to look after this ad pushing app?

You might hunt the culprit app on your own with the aid of the phone logging app 'aLogcat' (free in Market).

Wait until the annoying ad appears in you notification bar.
Start 'aLogcat' and then clear its log.
Then pull down the notification bar and tip on the icon of the annoying ad.
Return quickly to aLogcat (via long press on the HOME button).
Now you should see the culprit app and following it the AirPush SDK in the log's rows.

i did, neitber it or addons detector detected any push notifications ads.

as a "revenge" i installed the POPS up only to write a review saying that, then i'm gonna un-install it, i suggest everyone who's effected by push ads do the same, perhaps one star reviews would deter them...(it might be even worse as high download rates would attract more visitors only to see low reviews..)
