Which cheap 7" or 8" Android tablet?

Hi

I'm in the market for a cheap (100-150 usd) 7" or 8" Android tablet. I've been tempted by the Flytouch 3 but it seems a little to big for my needs.
I'd just like something with say 2.1 or 2.2, wifi, ability to play vids, a few games to pass the time while travelling.
After looking around the new Zenithink 7" 2.2 appeals but battery life seems to be a problem. Then there are the irobot tablets...i'm really confused so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear, I realize that's near double what you're thinking of paying. I was thinking of finding a used one, or one off Craigslist like the one below (which is local to me, but I assume not to you).
Brand New Color Nook

Before I bought my Nook I checked out all of the sub $200 Android tablets I could think of, nothing new that *I* found got very good reviews. Maybe your luck will be better.
 
I've bought 2 2nd hand Archos tablets in my time and both have failed on me after 6 months or so...so going for brand new this time.
