Which Forum Should I Visit?

Hello everyone,
I have an A1CS Android Tablet (from Amazon).
I've been told that by re-flashing it, I should be able to improve its performance. But how to I go about it?
I've been recommended to join the Android community, but which forum should I join?

My tablet details are:
