Help Which is best?

If memory serves me (pardon the pun) they all have 8GB
I have seen mention that the Zenfone is able to be upgraded to Android 5, but no mention of how this can be done. Given my lack of expertise with things that don't fit a spanner, I'm more inclined to go for something that has 5 already - Moto G.

My zenfone 4 had 4gb internal, as I was on a budget, and I only use my phone for youtube, phone stuff, web, etch, therefor didn't need alot of storage. I game on my kindle fire rocking OmniRom 5.1 XD
