Root Which is better? Mini or Mini Pro?

Hello~!
Do people like Xperia Mini more or Xperia Mini Pro more?

I'm thinking of buying either Xperia Mini or Pro.
So I have the following questions:

1. Is it easier to type with the virtual keyboard or the qwerty keyboard on the Pro?

Right now I am kind of interested with the keyboard on Pro, but the price and the size is a disadvantage.

2. So I am kind of worrying that if I buy Mini, the keyboard isn't good enough, I wonder if people can type ok on the small virtual keyboard?

I'm just a phone user, so I only need to receive calls and type texts, I don't use internet and I don't play games.
But I hate slow phones--

3. so I need to know if they respond slowly.

4. Battery life? Long or short? How long?

5. I heard that you can't change the battery on Mini? Does that cause a problem?

i can't comment much on x10 mini pro. i decided to get an x10 mini as it's smaller and lighter (even if it's only slightly). i wanted something light, compact, and will last for a few years. (my old one is a nokia 6230i. had it for 5 years until it stopped ringing somehow..)

1, 2. i like T9 better. i always have my phone on profile. on landscape only when a game requires. hard to type with a virtual qwerty keyboard on profile mode coz the buttons will be too tiny. T9 no problem. i use Smart Keyboard as my virtual keyboard. then it'll be just like texting with a normal phone with normal buttons.

3. x10 mini is responsive. but i think, still, the more apps and games you have (running) the slower it gets. i have no complain about this. the touch screen is also responsive.

4. i use Zeam Launcher as my home replacement. did all the tips and tricks to save battery (turn off wifi, lowest display, etc).

5. no problem for me.. i rarely take the battery out of any of my previous phones anyway.

i think x10 mini and mini pro are really good phones that can do a lot of fancy things you can show off to your mates. but that makes them power hungry (like all smartphones?). so if you talk and text a lot and do just those, you should also consider a non-smartphone.. :cool:
