Help Which network?

So...I've read some posts that say switching preferred network to CMDA is the way to go. Mine is set to Global since that's the way it was when I got my Inc 2. Should I keep it on Global or switch it & what is the difference in the 2 settings? Thnx!!

My understanding is the "Global" option enables the phone to use cellular networks outside the US. If you don't need that option then it saves battery to change the setting to CDMA.

With all the discussion about bad signal on this phone would it make any difference in signal strength any way switching it?

I don't have the any problem with poor signal. My inc2 performs as well as any phone I've owned. I doubt changing the network setting would make any difference in that respect, but why not change it and see? If you don't like the result change it back.
