I'm offered a new phone by someone...
it's on Verizon
these are my only options:

from a quick look - is there anything you would definitely get or not get?
why?


* samsung stratosphere 4G LTE
* LG ally
* LG enlighten
* Droid incredible 2 by HTC
* HTC Rezound
* Pantech Breakout 4G LTE
* Droid X2 by motorolla
* droid razr by motorolla

How long do you have before you have to get it? If you can wait a little while I would wait for the Nexus to be released on VZW (latest rumors point towards December 8th being the lauch day) If you have to choose before then I would say either get the HTC rezound or the Droid Razr. They are the two newest released high end phones on VZW and they both have been confirmed to get an upgrade to ICS.

I'd pass on the Ally. Very dated hardware wise at this point and likely won't see gingerbread. Consider the Enlighten over the Ally at this point since the Enlighten has some better mid range specs.

I would consider the Dinc2 or the Pantech personally. I'd pass on the moto phones while there nice hardware wise i'm no locked bootloader fan. (If that doens't concern you) then i'd go with the Razr or Rezound. Both are high end spec wise and and the best verizon currently has. Until the Galaxy Nexus comes ;)
