Root which rom do i flash to get back to complete stock

I havent been back on this forum in a week I think but which ROM or whatever do I need to get the triumph back to stock? As I don't even use it anymore since I have the evo v I plan on selling the triumph on amazon (first time selling online) and then buying and nexus 4 and jumping on the simple mobile ship. So I want to sell it with it being on stock not rooted or anything.

I once sent in a LG Optimus V with a custom recovery, no one noticed. But do flash it ALL to stock. Good luck.

If you just need to activate it or what ever you could use the "stock ROM" from my signature. That won't remove the recovery. It will undo everything else.
