Root which ROM is cool for the ally

i finally got my ally rooted and up and running again after some gracious help from here......greatly appreciated. anyway now im curious about installing a rom on it? anyone got any suggestions or tips as to what a really good rom would be....(phone is running z4root at stock 600mhz, havent overclocked it yet with setcpu)

Can't go wrong with punisher or Velocity v .4. Both are excellent, stable, and fast!

I have run Punisher, Velocity V0.3, and Velocity V0.4. I personally like V0.4. It is completely stable and very fast even without overclocking at all. The choice is really up to you. Just play around and see which of these great ROM's works best for you.

Raptor v0.1 is a great ROM as well, very stable. V0.2 will be even better, if Killertonez ever finishes tweaking it and releases it to the public.

you can download any of them directly to your phone. Just make sure to enable broswer downloader in astro, or use a dif browser from the market.

I like Punisher and Raptor. As mentioned, there are lots of nice roms for the Ally. I used to overclock but didnt see the value in it other than quick loss of battery juice. These two roms are fast and really dont need overclocked. Velocity 0.4 is good too without overclock but I prefer Punisher and Raptor over V 0.4.
