Root Which ROM?

I'm looking to flash my phone to a ROM based off of EB13 or maybe a gingerbread build if a stable one is out, I saw that Midnight 4 is coming out which gets good reviews, what ROM do you recommend?

As of last I saw there was only 1 eb13 rom available and it was just a stock rom stock that had been deodexed.

i flashed it last night and it's running pretty well with the Genocide kernel. and yes, the midNIGHT version looks to be out as well.

Kelmar, does that mean that all stock roms are odexed? is deodexing something that developers on XDA do for us? and what are the effects of deodexing? i know beng able to flash a theme is one.
