Does anyone know of a rom that has all stock functionality and CPU governor? PS: Would love all the extras on top like themes but the above is the basics that i would require.

Hawker Android Expert Nov 14, 2011 #2 It is the kernel you install that provides you with CPU governors. I recommend siyah. On the subject of roms however you won't go far wrong with checkrom revolution or dlevrom.
