Which software can backup everything, include data, account information without ROOT?

The phone isnt working properly, i tried the sony built in restore/backup, it doesnt backup the most important thing:" acccount information, log in, history". I tried the mybackup, it basically backup the apk only. They have root version so i think that's what its for.

So looking for one backup everything, so after i rest and restore the phone, its same as before reset.

I used the built in Sony app before and it got pretty much everything as far as I can remember.

I need the log in information, chat log etc, some are ok, but many are missing, so I have to type to log in. And even i log in, some cached chat log are gone.
