Which songs make you feel sad?

Well, not so much make me sad but reminds me when my daughter grew up.

You're A Big Girl Now (No More Daddy's Little Girl) - The Stylistics

"Home Sweet Home" from Peter Gabriel's second self-titled album.

Probably the best Country sob song that any Englishman ever wrote.

Met this girl called Josephine and took her up on my machine,
We had a little fun, and now we got a little one.
Had to get married, being chased out of town.
Found ourselves a place to live, we put all our money down.

Called it Home Sweet Home, Home Sweet Home,

Eleven floors up in a tower block, happy just to have a home.
I've gone and changed the lock on our home.

Nothing really worked out right; things got broke, they stayed that way.

None of our friends came round at night, little Sam got no place to play.
"We've got to get out of here, Bill," she said,
"I've been telling you all the while,"
When I came home from work that night,
She'd jumped out the window with our child.

From our Home Sweet Home, Home Sweet Home.

Just a place to take a rest, just a place to make a nest.
We call it home.

When the insurance money came through,

It seemed dirty, didn't know what to do.
Took out the cash, went down to the casino,
Down on the wheel on a double,
And I won, yes I won, like I never won before.
Bought myself a country house with an antique carved oak door.

It was Home Sweet Home, Home Sweet Home.

Just a place to lay our head, think of all the things we said
About in our Home Sweet Home.

Wow this song really does have a strange connection with me,

I have such a creepy but a "I am not alone" understanding with this song.

I really do connect with this freaking awesome song and what was once an outstanding band and it is sad that the saying "All good things come to an end" is pretty true at times.

Audioslave - Like A Stone - YouTube

What a ******* great song.

I feel just like a stone sometimes.

This song also makes me damn damn damn sad:

All Good Things (Come To An End) (US Version) - YouTube

You know Who I Am - Leonard Cohen (Obvious)
Love That Burns - Fleetwood Mac - You can really hear the pain in Peter Green's voice.

There is a song that I bet no one here will even remember, that I loved as a little girl of 3 years old. I still remember every word to this day, and it still makes me feel melancholy: Teen Angel by Mark Dining

@ Damewolf13: I thought I was just about the only one who knew Teen Angel.

Paranoid - Black Sabbath (Because of my son's mental health problems)
