Help Which speaker do I replace?

I apologize if this is a repeat question, but i need an answer asap. I need to know which speaker to replace in my HTC Evo 4g if it doesnt ring, and the speaker phone doesn't work. Also, this may be completely unrelated, but when I shake my phone, there is something rattling around towards the top. Help please?!?!
 
Sounds like the rear speaker. It is easy to replace, if you can unscrew the rear housing off of the phone.
