i see theres one for adw and one for launcher pro, does it matter which one you use? id rather use laucnher pro but i see cm6 comes with adw so which one do i choose? thanks !

Choose the one with the launcher that you prefer. The roms are the same just different launchers. Just make sure to pick the right carrier.
