I actually like it a lot. Would be awesome if the ENTIRE thing was just white but it looks really good none-the-less. Not exactly the best alternative for a good case but im sure it works great if the back is getting wear and tear...or you just want a new look

The Red one above did come from VZW, the part number was given as well. It looks just like the one I got from China so I was asking the poster if the 3.5 metal ring was in the Red one cause mine was not. Also I have a little trouble with the Touch Pro 2 battery and the cover not snapping down all the way around like it does with the red stock battery. The Red battery acts like the black cover with the Touch Pro 2 battery installed... a little snug. It also sticks up more around the power button making it a little difficult to push the power button down sometimes.

Oh I thought the one above came from that website that's sold out... Because I saw a picture of the one vzw sells and it looks just like the white or black one with the speaker hole and horizontal htc letters...

If you are referring to the "25% off accessory" corporate discount, then yes, I paid $18 something plus tax (retail is $24.99).



Kinda difficult to answer, considering it's a matter of opinion, perspective/experience, etc . . .

Personally I don't have any issues with the original cover, other than its sometimes difficult to remove & I feel like I'm going to break something. I do not have the same experience with the red or white . . .

why dont you have the same experience with the othe ones,?


when taking off the back door if put your thumb firmly in the chairing port then pull the battery door it works well. took me a while it figure it out. and the reason I think my last phone back door was soo loose is from taking it on and oof all the time. this is the same back door but new refurb and the back door it sooooo much better.... I want white but $25 is outrageous. for something flimsy.. but i want.. bad..

I bought the case & holster combo from my local Verizon store & I believe they are still available on their site

I believe you can also buy the same, or near-identical, from some online sites (somewhere in this forum, someone posted some links). The holster (without case) is also available through some of these retailers. I simply modded the case to accommodate my extended battery case . . . it just so happens that the modification exposes a majority of the white cover & looks sharp, IMO

Thanks for the tip, but that method doesn't help any for me personally . . . the red & white ones remove MUCH more easily (possibly because they're less rigid).

Its a good posibility that I did not install the cover completely . . . I was in a rush to take the photo's, upload & post, that I wasn't 100% thorough when changing the covers . . . the cover DOES install flush

I bought the red door from China also but I notice mine is a little different. The HTC is not next to the word "Incredible". Instead it is just like on the stock black door. The speaker hole is just like the stock black door also. I also didn't get the silver bezel for the headphone jack.

I actually switch between the black and the red alot but yesterday the "HTC" letters on the black door started peeling off. I went online and Verizon sells the black but it is back ordered. I like the white also so I may consider it.

No, we can't search that way.. 5 minutes later, ok, can you give me the item # to make this easier sir? Man, I told you that from the start.. lol, then he finds it and were good to go! When I got my Kindle the only choice was white (the new one that came out last month is black). I got a black skin to put on it because I hated it so much.

Looks like dark gray to me. I'm not sure if I like it, though, but that's too bad as I'm stuck with it now. No biggie.

As for the Dinc's white back....I can leave it. Perhaps had they made a deep burgundy...

I just called Verizon (both *611 and a local store) and they couldn't find anything at all. I even gave them the item # and they still couldn't find it.

They told me to call HTC.

Just did that. Gave them the part number (VZW6300DORW) and nothing came up in their system. The lady said she knows what I am talking about, but it isn't a Verizon product so there is nothing they can do.

That makes no sense at all. The picture someone posted earlier in this thread shows the freakin' thing, brand new in a Verizon bag/case/whatever.
