Help White Reboot Screen

SMullen

Lurker
I don't now why it's happened, it's happened before (had to get a new phone because of it) and I really need help. I do not have any ROMS on my phone or anything, don't know how to do that. So, if someone could just tell me how to get back to my regular phone, that'd be awesome! :D

So you're saying after a battery pull (reboot), you're getting a frozen white screen?

Well, my phone was off so I turned it back on. And, instead of getting the start-up screen I got a white screen that has options for fast boot, recovery, and like factory reset. My volume keys are used to move and power button to select, but they don't recognize what's happening. So it's like a white screen with all these different options.

Try a battery pull first, then if you continue to get the unresponsive scrolling it would be time to take it in for a warranty exchange.
