Help White Scree? Wth?

So now my Triumph is going to a white screen about half the time when I wake it up. No flicker. Just plain white. Also, when I remove the aux cable every once in a while the phone stays in headset mode. so I'll try to take a call and have zero earpiece volume.

Got my warranty phone yesterday and it will only charge on the factory charger when turned off, then it wouldn't charge at all.

WTF?

1. Are you on stock 2.2?
2. I have had the screen become whige after waking the phone, but only about 5 times total since I bought the phone. I just hit the button again to make it sleep and then once more to wake it. That has always solved it for me, but if definitely does not happen half the time when waking the phone.
3. I would pot the cable back in and out and see if that clears it. I haven't seen this mentioned before. It may be your specific phone.
4. These are all happening on the replacement device?
5. Others have reported only being able to use the provided stock charger, hopefully they can give you input for that, as I have never had the issue.
