Root White Screen on Inc??? HELP I think??!

So I go to install Nandroid preparing to backup ROM. I installed what I think was Nandroid from the Market. Now My phone turns on with a solid White Screen? The Phone was rooted (old method). What can I do to be able to make the phone just simply work?

do you have a custom recovery installed?
