Help White screen when switching on :(

Hi there, I've had my T-Mobile Pulse mini for a couple of months now, and everything had been going fine until today. When I switch the phone on, I now simply get a white screen. I can't enter my PIN or anything. The battery is charged and I hadn't installed or updated anything. It just started happening today for no apparant reason

Do I need to reset my phone or something(?)
