I had previously downloaded the Google Sandbox for my phone for my grandkids and I was trying to set it up...well I couldn't get out of it so when I rebooted my phone I cannot see anything but a blue whitish screen with the time and battery life and signal 3G bar at the top right. I can see texts and messages come in at the top but I can only access the texts. There are no icons, I cannot get to settings...I have rebooted another time and still this is it. I had to have Verizon do a factory reset before when this happened and then they replaced my phone...it is a Droid X. Can someone please help me??? The screen looks like it sometimes does after a phone call is ended. I cannot make calls or send texts or anything...cannot see a keyboard...can only text back if one comes in...no other messages such as e-mail that come in am I able to pull down and view. HELP!!
