If you think waiting is hard, think about this:It's supposed to come today now, the post office didn't update the shipping log until late afternoon yesterday. I'm stoked but this waiting is hard.
My OnePlus One was a pure delight for twelve days before it quit. Now it's useless as I wait for OnePlus to respond to my request for help. It's been over two weeks, I've made several follow up attempts, all without success. OP is either too busy to respond, or they've ignored my case.
I read your earlier post all but accusing me of reporting falsely, yet I can assure you I only post personal experiences, not hearsay. Nor am I angry, after all it is what it is and this is not my first smartphone, nor is it the only one.
I currently have every phone you see listed on the left under my username. Four of which are activated on the lines I maintain. Therefore I'm in great shape.
If you can't handle the truth, don't read my posts. It's as simple as that.

No, I'm sorry this was your experience. I guess enthusiasm can spur my skepticism but I believe you. It's a shame. I hope they'll sort it out for you soon.

I knew there was a lot of risk with this anyway before I placed my order since I had read about the awful customer service, etc. But I took it with a grain of salt (if a smaller grain than usual, knowing it's a start up company) because I've read so many problem threads for every single device, and every single company, without ever having a significant issue in my own experience with any device/company.

Great, what are your favorite things about it? It does feel large in the hand but it can be a lot easier on my eyes. I love the knock on feature even if it doesn't work 100%. I think I ran into the pinch to zoom issue once so far. Other than that it's great! The sound playback is great, I still have yet to use it as a phone. Just waiting to put a sim in.

Great, what are your favorite things about it?
in what application did the pinch to zoom issue occur? haven't ran into this issue yet myself.
what firmware are you on?

In Chrome. I'll have to check the firmware. Maybe if I'm lucky it was just that web page.
