Root Who is running CM7.2?

I'm running it for a few days now. Really can't find anything wrong. Obviously, I would like the FM Radio app from the stock ROM.. I know that much be difficult if not impossible. But yeah I think I'll keep it on the phone. One thing I really like is that CM 7.2 remembers I want to use the Swiftkey keyboard after powering down/up, where in the stock ROM I would have to re-select the keyboard on every power up!

Really? I didn't have that issue with the keyboard. But I agree, would like FM Radio.

I'm using this phone again for now, since my Xperia Play broke again lol :P

Anyways, I'm using CM7.2, since I absolutely hate Stock.

It seems to running perfectly fine, except that the battery life is a bit lower than stock's. Not a big issue, but it kinda drains even when idle. I left it idle with WiFi on a full charge, and in 4 hours it goes from 100%, to about ~80%.

I use Groove IP just about every day. Without the use of WiFi, that would be near impossible to get clear free calls.

Totally love the idea of putting $10 on my phone, and that lasts for a month or more.

I can't give that up, even for an overclocked phone.

I want both. lol.

Can you read a logcat? Here's mine when I try connecting:

Unfortunately I'm having trouble connecting to my Wi-Fi after flashing the o/c kernel. Anyone else?

Wi-Fi??? AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!!!!

but on a serious note to OP if i may ask...

Do you have any plans moving on to cm9/cm10?

Cause i was looking at the appeal and it uses the "same" processor. and MotorHead been working on cwm and root for it. Maybe yall guys can team up and work on cm9/cm10 Just a suggestion? on another board he said he was having trouble with cm9 booting onto the appeal cause it needs a kernel.

I was running CM7.2 on my Samsung Prevail and absolutely love it. I am actually going to flash it again today as a matter of fact. Flashed CTmod3.80 to check it out. CM7 is my favorite to date as far as what is available for the Prevail. Megatron is currently being ported looking forward to flashing it.

I had no issues with CM7 in fact it ran very smoothly, battery seemed to last longer than it does with CTmod, no lag issues, very happy with it.

The over clocked boot.img changes the wifi folder to something that isn't even close to being similar to ours.
