Root Who is running CM7.2?

I've had my fusion 2 for about 2 months now almost 3. I had it for a total of 3 days before reading about rooting it and within a week of owning it I had figured out how to root it thanks to the guides posted here.

I've had no issue what so ever with anything so far. I first rooted and flashed CWM 6 then repeated those steps for CM7.2 The only thing a bit odd was my storage information. I had a 2gb micro sd inserted and while using Solid Explorer it displayed my "root device" and its total size, and my "Internal Memory" which was evidently a partition made while flashing the ROM at 1.7gb or so, but I'm not sure. And then I could switch to mnt/emmc and it would load the 2gb sd card I had inserted. I now took out my SD and replaced it with an 8gb sd card. My "root device" fize size dropped to 377MB maximum free space, my Internal memory became 7.3gb from my SD and now I can switch to mnt/emmc like before (not mnt/sdcard) and it'll load a 2.0gb SD card that is mysteriously laying on my desk...I gained like 2gb if free space some how, as my phone itself was only like 1gb (pretty sure) I'm totally lost but I won't complain about extra space (and its a working storage directory that operates independently and does not take from my Internal or Root space.) Weird...but thought I'd report it.

And a few nights ago...the icons from my desktop at the app tray they disappeared. I had to restart the phone to turn them back on, just swapping launchers didn't work and restarting AWD.Launcher didn't work.

Other than that I've had no issues everything works wonderfully.
I've tested with many different Launchers and applications for Root and File Browsing all works well. Also the Modded Google Play Installer by ChelpuS works well.

The scrolling seems to be really smooth, a lot more smoother running than my stock fusion. Also the battery life is pretty good. It drains rather quick if I'm playing a game for too long, by too long I mean about 3-4 hours of straight gameplay. I used Battery Calibrator to recalibrate the battery after a full charge as was recommended. It charges really fast compared to the stock phone, and if it's just idle it'll go all day and not need a charge, it's mainly my gaming that drains the battery. I also got rid of Bejeweled 2 and all that other AT&T crap that came on the stock phone which made me happy. I was able to restore Swype keyboard from their beta website, AND I can now use Live Wallpapers, and before I couldn't because my device couldn't handle it.
Everything works good now though...oh..AND my APN settings all went throiugh good and I can now download files from sent texts messages...DO NOT forget your APN settings lol.

All is good is the world of fusion !
When is CM10 coming out?

Unfortunately maybe never :( i cAnt fix the cm9 i may release it so that people will stop asking but it doesn't work it has no sound and the calling app doesn't work aka phone.apk

I just want it because I have nothing else better to do, lol.

Well i plan on regiving it out to you shag and zerose this month and we can brainstorm ideas on how to fix or fix it reason not public its semi difficult to install for you have to know how to manually flash boot image

A simple switch of lines can brick your phone like Ford's I accidently made him flash recovery as thee boot image lol

Hi, I have been running on a fusion2 for a little over a month and love it. the only problems i seem to be having is that i cant get or send pic msgs or any multimedia msgs and i cant run my bluetooth or it bugs out on me. other than that it runs great. if it is possible to fix the bluetooth and the msging issues it would be absolutely awesome. everything else runs very smooth and so much better than the stock version!! I really appreciate all the hard work and efforts you've put into it! even with these issues it is still a great job!

The Bluetooth works fine on Brumore's Stock ICS ROM. I don't know about messages, but overall it's a bug-free experience so far for me after a few weeks now. You lose 3G, but with the laggy CPU to begin with, I never even really noticed "3G" speeds to begin with.

I'm not sure any of us want to go back to GB. :o

I live like 30 minutes from Dallas. And AT&T is headquartered here, so we're pretty much entirely in the 3G coverage. I think we have like two towers in my city alone.

Yet I get none of it in my house. Go figure.

This app seems to help with lag issue on the fusion 2. I have not overclocked my phone. I tried Advanced Task Killer, removing some apps to free up memory, rebooting my phone periodically, but this app seems to do the trick. Lmk how it goes for you.
