Help Who wrecked the build.prop in hybrid?

Who's the one editing the build.prop in the hybrid ROM, i just flashed it and found out the following issue

When USB is connected, the USB storage is not detected if tethering or USB Debugging is enabled.

it is the bug in droidmaxx v3 which is getting transmitted to roms based on it...

for that u have to disable the USB debugging and enable it again.
You have to do this again if u reboot.

Didn't get it yet.
I think that default.prop in boot.img has something to do with it.
But i m not sure

but it has to be done evrytime u reboot
