Who

gotta be switchfoot and/or jon foreman.

probably the one artist who, never in my life, have i pressed next when it came up on shuffle. never gets old for me.

No way I can narrow it down to one. I have 3 now that I consider favorites based on the fact that in the decades that I have listened to them I have yet to get tired of them. in no particular order they are:

Garbage
Faith no More
Steely Dan

I like lots of different sounds and artists, I can't pick one.

Not really a musician though, is he? He doesn't even sing.
Seems a bit of a close minded stance. I can respect if you dislike hip-hop. But its surely music, and the people that are part of that genre are still musicians.

That aside. Vanessa Mae is incredible, never met someone who even knew of her.

I don't really have a favorite musician. I do like Chopin, Hisaishi, and Rachmaninoff though. Musicians doesn't really suit them. I would say composers.

Danny Carey, drummer for Tool - youtube some video's, absolutely amazing skills.

Billy Corgan, before 1996 - As soon as his ego grew, the music became secondary, but back in the day, what a force of music.

I used to hate rap and all modern music until about a year ago when I heard Eminem. Now he is my favorite music person... his last album (Which I own) is even my avatar. My all time favorite song of his is Till I Collapse or 3 AM. I also like NWA mostly because of Dr. Dre, 50 Cent and Lil Wayne sorta.

My best musicians are Britney Spears, Lady GaGa, Madonna :] From groups I love Black Eyed Peas, PCD.
I also like many other musicians like Katy Perry, Beyonce (not all songs), Kylie Minogue and etc :)

I mianly like Indie chill music, such as Death Cab for Cutie, Phoenix, Coldplay, and stuff like that. However, recently, I've begun to listen to more pop music, like Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, 3Oh!3, Eminem, and stuff like that. I download my stuff, put in on my phone, and hit shuffle, and it works well. Oh, and The Who still float my boat.
