Google Books app was just released in Canada but when I go to the app store and read the reviews almost everyone is complaining about it. "Bloatware, can't uninstall, doesn't work" etc. Google doesn't usually release bad apps. Anyone had more experience with it?

Not a clue, but it is odd that Google have let out such an app. Reports of high background download/bandwidth use and not being able to uninstall, I'm staying well away!
Well I installed and uninstalled it. I think the comments of not being able to uninstall it are from people who's phones came with it preinstalled perhaps? I didn't keep it as i didn't use it.
