Help Why can't I click install with apk

Sorry its very dim because I'm outside. I tried changing it to landscape and enabled touch screen location to verify. Any suggestions?

Uninstall any brightness aid app you have on Android.
It will definitely allow you to install apk.
Because generally brightness app over write other apps.

The Night Mode app also caused this problem for me. Thanks to everyone for helping to resolve this issue. It had become very frustrating before I read these forum posts.
