Help Why cant I send picture mail while connected to 4G

Anyone know why I cant send picture mail while connected to 4g? I just get an hourglass and the picture never sends. If I switch back to 3g then it goes through

4g is pretty much a afster way to upload and download data. Your 3g is also your mobile signal,It is where your calls and SMS are sent. You can send pics through email on 4g but not sms because 4g is not you mobile connection. Sounds crazy , but I hope this was clear.

I have asked others and they have said they are able to send pics on 4G so it made me believe that it was something on my phone.

I think I am more confused now because I thought regular texts were SMS and picture mail was MMS. I can send regular texts perfectly fine while connected to 4G but when I try and send a picture, it never sends.
