Why can't I update OTA?

Have they taken it offline? Tried to do a OTA update and no luck. Is there a link to download and flash?

Also, am rooted with Fresh .03, is it safe to do so?
 
Not sure...I thought I read that the update was back and some people had successfully updated today...it's in that stickied thread up top about the updates.

Also, no, it's not 'safe' to flash a rooted phone with the update. May work fine or may brick your phone.
