Help why do apps go missing

I have a rooted 8.93 running Theory Rom and i notice that one of my apps goes missing after a day. It the app TaSageTVRemote.

Any thoughts on how to track it and see why it vanishes.

Happens with stock as well. Check if the app installs to the "media area" by default. (menu > manage apps > media area tab at the top. If it has a check by it, it is installed in the media area. Several apps that are stored there have disappeared on me so I've just made sure everything is installed in the actual phone memory now. Hopefully they fix the bug if/when I run out of space and need to start moving stuff to the media area.

This happens to me, try a few reboots its very annoying. I can't wait to be rid of my buggy POS bionic for the galaxy nexus. The audio bug is killing me, I hate that squeal!
