Love SprintTV. Was particularly valuable during the World Cup.

The only thing I don't like about Sprint TV app is you can't rewind or ffwd on-demand content. It's a REAL PITA!! Live TV isn't a problem, because you only get the latest, but on-demand sometimes would cut out if I lost a signal or got an SMS or phone call. Then when you go back, you have to start all the way from the beginning again. VERY ANNOYING!!
Otherwise, I agree it's a life saver, esp. for my 6 yr old daughter!![]()
FWIW, I have a SlingBox PRO-HD at home (connected via Cox cable internet with a 2.0MByte/sec upload rate). When I play HDTV content from the DVR via the SB app (even thru 3G, but almost always better thru WiFi) the content scales very nicely from the HDTV standard 16:9 to the 16:9.5 we have, likely using interprolation instead of throwing away content (I wonder if the SB app uses OpenGL?).And we want HD on a 480*800 display, why exactly? Thanks for the heads-up on TV.com- it does look really nice- but DAMN, why can't they have anything but tiny little clips? I'd sit thru a Hulu.com-like set of short commercials to keep that quality and have full eps.... and I also use tv.com ... I just wonder why the quality of tv.com seems to be so much better than sprint.tv.
Yup, Sprint TV was a great alternative for watching the World Cup especially when you're traveling.![]()

That's not the app, that's your connection.
