Root Why do people not like tranquility 3.7.0?

the speed of the rom for me was the ticket out of it, it was sluggish for me, the animations were way to much, it did in fact brick my phone. some phones respond differently its just all a matter of opinion
 
I've been using it for a couple of weeks now... still am. I'm about to bail on it, though. It has these 5-second freeze lags about 70% of the time when I'm trying to type text to my friends, so by the time the text is sent, all they see is:

I love trying new and exciting ROMs, but I am only willing to work through so much frustration in my day-to-day tasks where things should just simply work. And I am a relatively heavy texter...

Tranquility always ran smooth on my phone. The only reason that I stopped using it was the GB leak was out. As soon as P3 & TBH release a new version for GB, I am there.
 
I get wat you guys are talking about..for instance tge txting problem..maybe because ypur using the stock message program...i myself am using gosms pro and i get no delays in txtin at all but like one of u said its not ment for everyone..i like it its fast for me and as of now i have no complaints but i do hope that yall phones are up and running again

I use Handcent. I've also tried a few different keyboards. Flashed to a GB rom today and my lag is gone.
 
Ok so for those of u who said that tranq 3.7.0 is laggy and stuff idk if u saw but they came out with an update a while back that fixed all of that plus it comes with an option to PRE-UNINSTALL tranq 3.7.0 incase you want to change roms so u wont have to sbf to stock...not to mention if u down load team black hats app you get all the juicy downloads straight to your phone even one that hacks the 3g mobile hotspot...this is great guys..team black hat is awesome and p3droid is too especially because he's from AZ nd so am I..nice job fellaz
 
well if you follow p3droid on twitter, you will notice he asks that you stop using his 3g hack, because of something that happened, or he got wind of. not sure what, maybe the fact that you paid for an app that hacks verizon's network to allow the wireless tether to be used free
