why does it take forever to play youtube videos?

this may sound stupid! but on my prevail it takes forever to load up a video
any advise would be greatly appreciated

thanks i did see a big deference in loading videos

dont know why but it seems like if i use dolphin web browser and then youtube videos stream better and load faster..then they do with out..
