Help Why does my phone keep doing this?

The screen keeps turning on while it charges! And I already checked the "always on while charging" box is unchecked

This is the first I've heard of this issue. Have you tried a reboot?

Honestly I personally don't know if this issue, so I won't be of much technical help. If I were you I would:

1. Look through the forum here and XDA to see if this is a known issue (if you haven't already)

2. If rooted, backup and reflash the ROM or flash a new one

3. If not rooted, do a factory reset

Anyone else know of this problem?

It looks like you are charging it via a USB cable with your laptop, is that right (it looks like it's the "connected to laptop" icon is there when the phone turns on)? I'm wondering... if something is happening between the phone and laptop that's "waking up" the phone?

Does it does this if you use a charge via an outlet instead of a laptop?

I've no idea why charging via laptop would cause this... but it could be one more piece of the puzzle.

I'm with kwalla on this one so far. Any more info would be helpful.
How often does it happen? Is it regular? Do you see any other changes with the phone? Did you recently change a setting, or install an app? Have you tried with a different charger (wall & different cable)?
If you figure it out, please let us know in case someone else runs into the issue.

I does it on the computer charge and the wall also while it is off the charger.

You might want to take a can of air to it and try to get under the buttons real good.
Also make sure you don't have something like "wake with volume button" checked (if you even have that as an option on your ROM/stock).
