Root Why does swype forclose VERY OFTEN!?

I have LD-ICS 1.1 ROM and swype crashes almost all the time. its so frustrating because its my favorite input method. It has the swype beta installed. I tried going from 1.9 ghz to 1.2 and still crashes. This also happened to me with Gingersteem extreme. idk what to do.
 
Go into your settings>applications>application manager and find Swype and select it and wipe all the data from it.
