When I load the following page with my laptop computer running Windows 7 with any browser, I get a page that runs a "Loop" meaning that a serious of images will show in this case rain showers will move across the screen. With my HTC Sensation 4G from Tmobile US, I get only one still image. With my computer and a windows phone, I get a serious of images that indicate the direction of the storms.
