I just got an android phone and it was working perfectly but then it just turned off and will not turn on but is fully charged because its charging now. Can i have help?

If it has a removable battery, take that out and put it back in. Maybe it got jostled loose somehow. Then be sure to press and hold the power button for a few seconds - some phones take a longer press than others to turn on. If all that fails, you may be looking at a return. Could either be a defective battery (again if removable) or an altogether defective device.
