Why I can not install more apps ?

Hello all.....

I want to ask to you guys a question...
Right now I used Samsung Galaxy Gio and right now my internal memory already used 108MB of 181MB and my external memory 587MB/1.84GB....

I want install an apps that the size is 49 MB, but there is message " there is inssufficient space on the device "

How come this message appear ?
Can you guys give me solutions ?
