In my battery usage, bluetooth always shows up as 1% no matter how many times charged or rebooted. I have never once even used my bluetooth, lol. Anyone else experiencing this?
Do you happen to have Fast Boot checkmarked under your Settings and the Power.
From my experience, having that checkmarked does not allow the phone to completely reset all of its settings, especially battery related timers etc.
If you don't have it checkmarked, then I suspect you have an application which you should be able to track down under Running Services. Make a list of those running services, then go to Settings and Applications, Manage Applicatons and manually select each of those applications to see what permissions they use. Look for Bluetooth.

Wow, this is an old thread. Anyway, I noticed this phenomenon too. Bluetooth shows up using 1% of my battery even when it is always turned off. My guess is it is some kind of a glitch.
It is nice to know that I am not the only one experiencing this though. Safety in numbers.
