Help why is my ram gone?

I average about 55-60 megs of ram when i use advanced task killer. What do you guys have that set too? How often and how aggressive? One thing i noticed that i have apps that are constantly coming back even after the app is killed. I guess it must be the widgets turning them on.

When I was using 2.1 I was using Task Killer and Free Memory.

Free Memory will kill all background programs like 2.2 version of Task Manager. Only thing is when you switch to 4G/Wifi or get phone calls those programs will keep coming back.

Only solution really is to Root your phone, then you can install Titanium Backup, where you can Freeze/Disable all those Sprint programs hogging up your memory
