WHY U LOOP NOTIFICATION SOUNDS? (Help!)

My phone will loop the notification sound, and play it OVER..and OVER..AND OVER..AND OVER

OMG
On ALL notifications.
 
Shut it off, pull the battery, reboot. If it does it again, take it back. No big deal. Probably just a corrupt file. It happens.
