I just got a brand new phone in the mail. It's an Android, the LG Venice with Boost Mobile.
I left it to charge over night, since it wouldn't turn on at all without some long period of time charging. However, now when I turn it on, it just goes to the main menu for a second or two (while locked and not letting me select any options, and in the bottom left it says it is charged 87%). After that couple of seconds has passed, it goes to the charging screen with the little blue bar - and sometimes the yellow exclamation sign.
What the heck is going on? I've tried taking my battery out then putting it back in. I've tried turning the phone on while it is being charged and while it is not being charged. Why would a phone that is 87% charged not let me use it? I'm so confused... what do I do?
