Have any of you had the issue of Wi-Fi coming on randomly by itself? I never use Wi-Fi I want it to stay off and I turn it off. But it always manages to turn back on by itself.

Forementioned is solely due to connections optimizer disable or uninstall and it will stop

You may have to freeze/uninstall it like Crack said- mine kept turning itself on when I had the Rise.

It doesn't give me the option to uninstall in settings. Does titanium backup let you do that? I am rooted.

Yes that does the trick thanks. I had to root my phone and use titanium backup though just to freeze it and force it not to come back on.
